De formule uitgangspunten van de retailer in combinatie met de visie van een leverancier, zorgen voor het vertrekpunt om de performance van de categorie te verbeteren. Het opstellen van een succesvolle schapvisie is dan ook een belangrijk onderdeel van de samenwerking. En zeker niet makkelijk. Het vraagt om de beste keuzes in ruimte, locatie, beschikbaarheid en niet te vergeten alle instore communicatie met als doel informeren &amp; inspireren. In deze training ga je aan de slag met jouw eigen data om direct toe te passen naar jouw categorie.
